We offer professional paver cleaning as a standalone service or as part of our sealing process. Using high-powered equipment, we remove dirt, mold, algae, and stains — restoring your pavers’ original color and beauty.
Maintenance Plans
Our maintenance service is available only for pavers we’ve sealed. We clean and refresh them to preserve their appearance and extend the life of our sealing work — including joint sand touch-ups, weed prevention, and light spot resealing when necessary.

We don’t rush to finish in one day. Our two-day paver sealing process allows for proper cleaning, full drying, and precise sealing — because applying sealer to wet pavers causes it to dilute and lose effectiveness. The result: deeper penetration, better protection, and a long-lasting, professional-grade finish you can count on.

Thorough Power Washing
We use the best professional-grade equipment available to remove dirt, algae, mold, and stains — ensuring the surface is perfectly prepped for sealing.
Weed & Mold Inhibitor Application
Helps prevent regrowth between paver joints and edges.
Included: Rust & Efflorescence Spot Removal
We treat visible rust stains and efflorescence spots as part of our standard service — no hidden fees, no upcharges.
Joint Sand Application
We use Trident joint sand, kiln-dried and ASTM-C144 graded for long-term stability. It helps lock pavers in place. Sand color selection is included — you can choose from tan, gray, fieldstone, platinum, or black. We’re happy to recommend the best match for your project.
2 Heavy Coats of Commercial-Grade Ure-Seal H2O
We thoroughly soak the pavers with two full coats, providing deep protection and long-lasting durability — no need for more.
Non-Slip Additive (If Needed)
Added to the second coat for extra traction where it matters.
