Our maintenance service is available only for pavers we've sealed. We clean and refresh them to preserve their appearance and extend the life of our sealing work — including joint sand touch-ups, weed prevention, and light spot resealing when necessary.

Weed & mold inhibitor application
Helps prevent regrowth between paver joints and edges.
Included: Rust & Efflorescence Spot Removal
We treat visible rust stains and efflorescence spots as part of our standard service — no hidden fees, no upcharges.
Joint Sand Application
We use Trident joint sand, kiln-dried and ASTM-C144 graded for long-term stability. It helps lock pavers in place.
Sand color selection is included — you can choose from tan, gray, fieldstone, platinum, or black. We’re happy to recommend the best match for your project.
2 heavy coats of commercial-grade Ure-Seal H2O sealer
We thoroughly soak the pavers with two full coats, providing deep protection and long-lasting durability — no need for more.
